Immaculate Conception Rosary Altar Society

Our Immaculate Conception Parish Rosary Altar Society meets once a month in the Marian Hall. We first pray the Rosary in honor of Our Blessed Virgin Mother, Mary. Afterwards, we plan the year’s events, discuss the monthly agenda, send get well cards to ailing members, and discern with our pastor the needs of the altar for the celebration of the sacraments.

Meeting Dates:

The Monday after the third Sunday of every month:  7:00pm in church for Rosary prayer; 7:30pm in Marian Hall for meeting and social.

What is the Rosary Altar Society?

The Rosary Altar Society is a parish confraternity whose members seek to enhance the spiritual, social and cultural life of our parish through liturgical service, prayer, and devotion to the gospel teachings, while honoring the desire of our Lord to better know, love, and venerate His Mother.

Members of the Rosary Confraternity pledge to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary and to secure her patronage by recitation of the Rosary for the mutual spiritual benefit of all members throughout the world.

Power of the Rosary

In praying the Rosary, the true power found in this simple and beautiful prayer, is that it soaks the soul in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus – and therefore unites the soul to Him who has purchased for us the rewards of eternal life, and also unites our hearts to Mary, in her most perfect love.

“The holy Rosary is a powerful weapon. Use it with confidence and you’ll be amazed at the results.”  Saint Josemaría Escrivá
